  1. How do I order?
    Click the order menu link! All pre-orders are due no later than Thursday at 3 pm for a Sunday pick up or delivery.
     

  2. How do I receive my meal?
    PICK UP :
    Pick up will be between 10am and 4pm on ALL SUNDAYS at the store front: 
    10065 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 

    DELIVERY
    We deliver to your doorstep on Sunday between 10am - 3pm in a freezer bag to ensure freshness. Our delivery area is 30 miles from 10065 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls 14304 (within USA). Minimum of a $60 order and a $10 delivery charge will be added on to your bill. (Example: 10 meals delivered to your for for $70)
     

  3. How many meals do I order?
    That is a great question… You have to ask yourself what would do I need these meals for?

    Some examples:
    Example 1:
    Do I want them for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner 5 days a week? I would order 15 meals for the week

    Example 2: 
    Do I eat 4 meals a day for 6 days a week? I would order 24 meals for the week

    Example 3:
    I am a busy family with kid(s) in a sport or are they involved in after school activities and I HATE GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH for quick and easy pickings? I would start with 30 meals for the week and tweak weekly.

  4. Are Kraving Thyme meals fresh or frozen?
    We prepare your meals late Saturday for either a Sunday or Monday pick up or delivery. Your meals will last in a cold refrigerator or 5 days. If you notice a meal has gone bad before please let us know and you will receive a full refund. 
     

  5. Once we get the meals home can we freeze them?
    100% yes! Suggested time in the freezer is 1 to 3 weeks. 
     

  6. Is there a minimum amount of meals I must order?
    If you are picking your meals up there is no minimum order. If you select delivery there will be a $60 minimum order for delivery.
     

  7. How often do your meals change?
    Kraving Thyme's menu changes monthly while keeping the staple items and rotating the not so popular meals.
     

  8. Heating instructions?
    Recommend 1:30 -2min in the microwave to re-heat each meal. Containers are BPA free, and dishwasher friendly. 
     

  9. Can I return my empty contains for a discount?
    Unfortunately we can not take back used containers due to health code. We recommend keeping them in a kitchen cupboard for left overs.
     

  10. Is this meal plan for weight loss only?
    NO! We can accommodate a variety of goals. We NEVER tout ourselves as diet food. These are healthy portions of healthy food cooked in a health conscious way to make a healthier lifestyle convenient and delicious.
     

  11. The meal plans I’ve been on are small and don’t keep me satisfied, how do your portions compare?
    We found "the other guys" portions too small. So, we decided to provide 5-6 oz. of COOKED protein, 3 oz. of fresh veggies, and 3 oz. of a complex carb (depending on menu category). This brings our meals to a total of 11-12 oz. of cooked deliciousness!
     

  12. Can I sample a meal before we buy?
    Of course. We LOVE having members come by our HQ in Niagara Falls, where you can check out our clean kitchen, meet the team, and try some meals for free. We also love converting members from other meal plans because they can truly appreciate the difference, so we offer a trade-up program where you can trade meal for meal and experience the difference without spending another dime.
