If you're new to ordering from a meal prep business, it can be a little confusing. We understand! Here is how our business runs:
Every week our menu is open for pre-orders until Thursday at 3 pm. This means that up until Thursdays at 3, you can place an order for pick-up or delivery. Pick-up and delivery days happen on Sundays and Mondays. There is a $7 delivery fee. The fee is waived if you order $100 or more.
Every Thursday at 3 pm, we change the pick-up and delivery date to the next available week. If you happen to order on 4 pm on a Thursday, you will not get your meals the next Sunday/Monday. You will be getting them a week from that Sunday/Monday.
Closing our ordering on Thursdays allows our kitchen staff to order and prep the correct amount of food for our members. The kitchen and plating staff then work Friday and Saturday to cook and plate your meals.
Sunday you can pick-up your order between 10 am and 3 pm at our shop located at 10065 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY. On Sunday and Monday our delivery staff is dropping off orders. As of right now, we cannot promise a day or time delivery, but we will call or text you when we are on our way! We are working on logistics to create timeframes for each Buffalo area. We are always looking to improve our business and customer service.
